Does anyone know of anyone know of any college pre-law institues?
I have found a couple of pre-law institutes to help prep for law schools. They include Nebraska, Georgetown, Tennessee and Memphis. The other ones I saw were for high school. If anyone knows of any schools with one plz let me know. Thanks!

Many schools have pre-law tracks or programs, but your best bet is to major in something you like and at which you excel-- not necessarily the usual political science or criminal justice tracks, either. Think about the kind of law you want to do. If, for instance, you have a strong interest in biology or engineering, study that. You can parlay that into patent law, for instance-- which can be very lucrative. Be sure to use your summers to do some outstanding internships-- do research as there's lots of great stuff out there. Be sure to develop (and develop evidence of your skills) in writing, research, and critical thinking. Take Reasoning and Argumentation, for instance. Take Ethics. Take Research Methods. It's great you have a goal as to what you plan to do already-- it will allow you to better gain the experience that will stand you out. At the end of the day, your unique set of experiences-- not just enrolling in a pre-law program-- will serve you best. Get into the best undergrad program you can, and start studying for the LSAT now.

Memphis reigns high in pre-law all across the board. I know so many people who went there and now go to Harvard. Memphis' business school is top shelf too.

For preparation for law school, it is tough to beat Holy Cross. At Holy Cross each year, more than 100 Holy Cross graduates (15% of the class of 700) enter law schools accredited by the American Bar Association รข€“ one of the highest rates in the nation. Holy Cross has award-winning moot and mock trial teams and a unique student-published law journal, providing graduates with meaningful experience that appeals to the nation's top law schools. For the second year in a row, a Holy Cross Moot Court team placed second in the National Moot Court Competition, making them among the top competitors in the nation.
