How much should tutorial charge if tutor has an AS and BS Ed., and over 10 yrs school experience?
Tutor is resident of Memphis, Tennessee and is also attending school to attain masters degree in Education.

a tutor should charge whatever is in line with his/her teaching abilities. I would say $20/ hr if you never taught before. and you are not a tutorial.

You have to decide why you are tutoring. Are you setting up your own business or just doing this on the side. I try to ask minimum wage for kids in school, but would ask more if I were tutoring a particularly difficult class such as college physics. You don't state what age group you are tutoring or subject. A lot depends on that and what your motivation for tutoring really is.
